I appreciated the helpful staff . The hotel's proximity to the train station made travel easy. Plenty of dining options are nearby, providing convenient choices. The vintage decor added to the charm of the place.

Underwhelming stay. Issues with noise and room quality.
inadequate sound insulation malfunctioning lighting
the staff were helpful and friendly .
My experience was disappointing. the room was smaller than expected, and the sound insulation was inadequate. I could easily hear noise from outside and adjacent rooms. additionally, the lighting system malfunctioned. The lights flickered annoyingly when turned on or off, quite irritating.

flashing lights false advertising
My stay experienced a couple of snags. The light system was infuriating. Every time I turned a light on or off, ALL the lights flashed ( irritating). I found it impossible to lock the window. This is unacceptable. The rooms were advertised as soundproof, but I found that VERY false advertising.

The room felt quite cramped, a shame. IT lacked adequate space for luggage. the noise from the street at night made it DIFFICULT to sleep. The sound insulation definitely needs improvement. It was a disruption.

the location was quite convenient to trains and metro. breakfast included helpful staff. it was a good thing.

simple breakfast coffee machine convenient location strong scent compact bathroom street noise
the breakfast was simple, yet satisfying with a familiar selection of items (i enjoyed the croissants). the room included a coffee machine, a good touch for a morning boost. i found the location quite convenient with metro stations only a short walk away, about 5-7 minutes.
the air freshener scent was very strong (it was quite overpowering). the bathroom felt very compact, it was a bit of a squeeze. late at night, there were noticeable street noises, this sometimes disrupted sleep.
